At Instyle Creations Outdoors we want you to have an enjoyable and easy shopping experience from start to finish. To that end, we’ve compiled a FAQ list below which covers all of our most common questions - take a look! If there is something we’ve missed however, please send us an email and we’ll be happy to help. We hope you enjoy our outdoor furniture.

PRICING AND RECEIVING OF GOODS

All pricing includes all applicable taxes. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are fixed for purchases upon confirmation of order. If an order is cancelled by Instyle Creations Outdoors a full refund will be applied to customers account. Delivery charges are payable by the customer and goods must be signed for upon receipt of delivery. If goods are not signed for upon delivery all Warrenty and Returns policies may not be honoured.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Customers are to notify Instyle Creations Outdoors within 24 hours of delivery of goods purchased with any concerns regarding the product purchased. This is to be followed with photo evidence emailed (if product damaged) no later than 7 days from date of delivery. After assessment Instyle Creations Outdoors will arrange tansport for the return of goods for further assessment. If any faults or damages have occurred during manufacture or in transit any repairs or replacements will be made and goods returned to customer at no additional cost to customer. Refunds will be offered in the event a replacement is not available or repair of the product is not possible. A refund will not be provided in the event the customer changes their mind about the purchase. Returns or Refunds are only applicable under the terms of Warrenty Conditions. (due care)

WARRANTY

Instyle Creations Outdoors provides a 12 month Warranty from the date of receipt of goods. Instyle Creations Outdoors warranty will only apply when the product purchased by customer has been used for its intended purpose. (Due Care) - General wear & tear, misuse, neglect and accidental damage will not be covered under the warranty. Proof of purchase is required for warranty to apply. Customers are to notify Instyle Creations Outdoors with their concerns regarding the product. Customers may be asked for photographic evidence if damage has occurred. An assessment will be made and arrangements for the return of goods if product is to be repaired or replaced. Warrenty will be void if goods were not signed for upon original delivery of goods.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For custom orders, please phone to arrange an appointment time to discuss product features. Custom orders will have a minimum turn around of 7-14 days from date of payment. This depends on availability of material and workload required. Minimum deposit of 30% required for all custom orders to ensure commencement of work.
